Mary Jane Minkin, MD
OBGYN
Mary Jane Minkin, MD is a clinical professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at Yale School of Medicine and has been in private practice in New Haven for over 40 years. Board-certified in OB/GYN, she practices at Yale-New Haven Hospital and directs the Sexuality, Intimacy, and Menopause Clinic at Smilow Cancer Center.
Dr. Minkin earned her undergraduate degree from Brown and her MD from Yale, completing her internship and residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and has been a certified menopause practitioner since 2002. She has held numerous leadership and advisory roles at Yale and received many teaching awards, including from the North American Menopause Society.
She has authored or co-authored seven books and numerous articles on women’s health, served as a medical advisor for several organizations, and been widely featured in media including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and NPR. She has also been active in sexual assault advocacy for over four decades.

Suzanne Gilberg, MD

A Diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz, MD, received her medical degree in 1996 from the USC School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UCLA/Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Gilberg-Lenz is involved in women’s empowerment and public education. She appears frequently as an expert in women’s health and integrative medicine in print, online, and on TV, where she is the Chief Medical Correspondent for the Drew Barrymore Show. She is the author of MENOPAUSE BOOTCAMP: Optimize Your Health, Empower Your Self, and Flourish as You Age (Harper Wave; October 11th).
